Cancellation & Return Policy

At Zafesha, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth experience with every order. This Cancellation & Return Policy outlines the guidelines for cancelling orders, returning products, and requesting refunds.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at admin@zafeshasimply.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Include photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Zafesha error.
  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Personalized, special-order, or limited edition items

6. Modifications to Policy

Zafesha reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website along with the updated effective date.
