Siti Aisah Muhammad Hamim, also known as Kak Sha,
is a holder of a Diploma in Nursing,
and later pursued further studies in orthopedic nursing.
She has experience as an orthopedic nurse at Segamat Hospital
and also served as a Local Preceptor in orthopedic nursing
for Community Nurse students at the Segamat Community Nursing College.
Eventually, she decided to leave her career in nursing to focus entirely on her business.

Initially, Kak Sha started a business selling wedding items and printing services. Her business later expanded into wedding consultancy. Additionally, Kak Sha opened a food restaurant selling char kuetiau and asam pedas. She then took another step forward by venturing into catering and becoming active in online business as a dropshipper.

April 2018 was a memorable month for Kak Sha, as she successfully launched her own product under the name Zafesha Beauty Enterprise. The company continued to grow with the addition of employees and agents, and by the end of 2018, it became a Sdn Bhd. In the same year, the company launched its first beauty and skincare product, a healing foundation powder.

As an integrity-driven founder of a beauty brand, Kak Sha is meticulous in selecting product ingredients to ensure the quality and safety of Zafesha products for all users.
